2024 Annual Review
Foothills Family,
We have so much to praise God for as we bring 2024 to a close! This year we have seen the culmination of prayers answered, visions realized, and God’s plan to help the Upstate find and follow Jesus happen through each and every one of you, Foothills! Across all of our campuses we got to celebrate 164 baptisms, and something you’ll notice that we want to highlight is that 79 of those were kids and teenagers! God is helping us reach the next generation. Also, keep in mind as you go through the report we are getting to see this happen across two cities and two languages - as we are now coming up on celebrating 1 year of Iglesia Foothills!
Katie and I are incredibly grateful for the time, talent, and treasure that each of you invested this year. Whether you attend our Seneca, Pendleton, or Iglesia campus - we want to say thanks for being a part of this incredible mission with us! We consider it a flat-out privilege to call Foothills our church family!
As you go through the report, be sure to take some time to pause and celebrate the work of God that took place in 2024. Each number represents a life that has been changed by God. Psalm 115:1 says, “Not to us, Lord, not to us, but to your name be the glory!”
We’re excited to join the Lord with you in seeing more life change across the Upstate in 2025!
We love you, Foothills!

Iglesia Foothills
Launch Date 1/7/2024
What an exciting way to kick off 2024 with the official launch of Iglesia Foothills. We shouldn’t be surprised, but we immediately saw God moving in attendance, life change, and engagement. And, we know the best is yet to come!
Foothills Pendleton
We’re thrilled to share the incredible growth happening at our Pendleton Campus! With attendance exceeding 250 guests, we’ve seen a surge in families, volunteers, and life-changing connections. To meet the needs of our growing community, we recently added a new kids' room, creating more space for little ones to learn and grow in a fun, welcoming environment. This expansion wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteers, whose dedication and passion are making a huge impact. God is doing amazing things in Pendleton, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead!
First-Time Guests
We saw 1285 first-time guest at Foothills this year. 593 were in our children’s ministry and 692 were in our adult services.

Baptisms
164 found.
Out of all the moments we celebrate at Foothills, nothing is sweeter than watching someone surrender their life to Jesus, and then make that decision public through baptism. We celebrated 164 baptisms at Foothills this year!
Every Wednesday night, our 7-12 graders gather at our campuses to worship, build community, and learn more about Jesus. In 2024, we served 684 students and saw 28 of our students get baptized. We also launched a NEW CLTR location at our Pendleton campus. We quickly outgrew the space and moved to yet another location to serve our growing student base.

At Foothills, we understand that we were not created to do life alone. Our groups allow us to have an environment where we can share encouragement, support, and spiritual growth in a more intimate setting, all while doing life together. A total of 68 groups met this year.

Outreach
Going outside of the walls of Foothills to help people find and follow Jesus is a huge part of our heartbeat. We partner with many local organizations to serve the members of our community, but we also partner with many outside of South Carolina to spread the Gospel globally.
This year, in addition to our regular outreach partners, we were able to support those affected by Hurricane Helene both right here in our county and in Western North Carolina. Here are some of the ways we were able to show our support:
Over 65 volunteers serving
More than 1,200 meals served
Two large enclosed trailers of supplies in partnership with Biltmore Church (on-going partnership)
$100,000 donation to Samaritan’s Purse
